How long does my order take to ship?

All of our products are handmade with care, which means production times may vary. Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days after purchase, depending on order volume and availability.

We believe in quality over speed, and each piece is created intentionally—not mass produced. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We currently ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
